Hi, I’m Ross Crews. I’m a residential home designer who loves working one-on-one with clients to help them realize their dream home. I started NorthCrest because I grew frustrated after years of seeing how most design firms don’t listen to their clients & will opt for options to save / make quick money. My goal is to work with clients and collaborate to help empower them to make their dream home a reality.

We also offer completely custom based collaboration where we sit down and work together to design your ideal home from the ground up. Timeline & prices vary per project depending on scope & complexity of the home.

If buying a Pre-Designed Home plan, upon purchase you will receive an email with all the needed documents to bring to your builder. If you want any changes to the plan, reach out via the Contact Page prior to purchase and we will schedule a cal to discuss.

The Pre-Designed Homes are priced depending on square footage of plan. For custom home design, we offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs. Flexible payment plans are available.

No. Our plans are not architecturally or structurally stamped. Depending on the location, project, or specific aspects of construction, stamped drawings or additional engineering may be required. In those cases, the plans can be reviewed and stamped by a licensed architect or engineer as required by the applicable jurisdiction.
