My name is Ross Crews, and I've been designing homes since 2019. Over the past seven years, I've had the opportunity to design more than 300 homes, ranging from thoughtfully crafted spec homes to fully custom residences. Along the way, I've been fortunate to receive industry recognition through award-winning home designs while working with respected residential design firms.

Those years gave me invaluable experience, but they also showed me something that never sat quite right. Too often, great ideas were limited by preset design styles, or decisions that weren't always centered around what the homeowner truly wanted. I loved designing homes, but I wanted the freedom to create spaces that were tailored to each client's vision instead of fitting every project into the same mold.

That's why I founded NorthCrest Design.

My goal is simple: provide professionally designed homes with the flexibility, creativity, and personal attention that many homeowners and builders struggle to find.
